PM-1512W
Description:
PM-1512W is a water-based release agent specially formulated for rubber molding.
PM-1512W is effective for molding operations that require high temperature stability, low mold fouling, and minimal build up.
PM-1512W is a concentrate and MUST be diluted with water prior to use.
The actual dilution ratio varies with rubber stock and mold design requirements.

Application:
PM-1512W should be spray-applied to a hot mold surface.
1. Thoroughly clean the mold with a mold cleaner to remove the previous release agent or other contamination.
Wipe dry with a clean cloth or towel. Then wipe with a clean solvent and let air dry.
(NOTE: For best performance, we recommend bead blasting followed by a solvent wipe.)
2. PM-1512W must be mixed before being diluted, at the typical starting ratio of 1:50-1:150 dilution of product to water.
Dilution levels will depend upon the severity of the application and the rubber compound being molded.
Apply the diluted PM-1512W to molds at 100°C/212°F or above, or molding temperature, whichever is higher.
3. Use a light, even spray. Hold spray tip 10-18” (25-46 cm) from mold surface.
4. Reapply a light coat of the diluted PM-1512W after each demolding. To prevent build-up, avoid over-spraying。
Storage:
For best results, store between 55-80°F/13-27°C.
Keep from freezing. Keep container tightly sealed to prevent contamination and/or evaporation.
If stored in cold temperatures, allow product to warm to room temperature prior to use.
Handling:
We believe PM-1512W has a low degree of hazard when used as intended.
